Working with one of our top clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist || Montreal / GTA who will manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for client's Call Centre operations. The successful candidate will act as a trusted Talent Advisor, supporting hiring managers with sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and providing a seamless experience for both candidates and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Talent Advisor for designated business portfolios, leveraging market knowledge to guide talent decisions.
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including planning, sourcing, screening, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet ongoing and future hiring demands.
  • Provide shortlists of pre-screened candidates, ensuring alignment with business needs and client's hiring standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring communication and professionalism throughout.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and internal procedures related to recruitment.
  • Partner with HR teams, CoEs, and business leaders to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Share market insights and analytics to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate recruitment marketing and branding initiatives across social media and professional platforms.
  • Represent client's at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking functions to attract diverse talent.
  • Interact primarily with non-executive managers and occasionally with senior leaders to align hiring priorities.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ year of experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – minimum 1 year.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across business units.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Workday or other enterprise-level ATS systems.
  • Exposure to financial services, call centre, or corporate recruitment environments.
  • Understanding of employment laws, diversity hiring, and compliance in Canada.
