IT Documentation Analyst / Specialist – MS Copilot Studio & Power Platforms

Working with one of our top clients, this role calls for an IT Documentation Analyst / Specialist – MS Copilot Studio & Power Platforms who will be responsible for documenting technical processes, APIs, workflows, and solution architecture across Microsoft environments. Unlike a traditional development role, the focus is on creating clear, structured documentation and knowledge transfer that supports enterprise innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand technical implementations and translate them into accurate, structured documentation.
- Document solutions, workflows, integrations, and architectures within the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Maintain and organize documentation repositories for easy accessibility and version control.
- Capture backend network connections and integration details between Microsoft 365 and Azure resources.
- Ensure documentation meets quality, compliance, and security standards.
- Support teams with process clarity, enabling smooth knowledge transfer and scalability.
Desired Skill Set:
- 2+ years of documentation experience in a technical or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of network and API concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem and related tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical stakeholders to capture accurate and comprehensive information.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure and Power Platform v-nets.
- Experience in troubleshooting backend network issues between Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Familiarity with AI Builder implementation.
- Interest in cloud computing and modern automation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience documenting APIs, systems, or technical solutions.
