Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Marketing Manager/Investments who combines strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery — from creative development and compliance vetting to reporting and budget management — ensuring every initiative is executed on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Execute go-to-market strategies for campaigns and offers with strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to develop project timelines and critical paths.
- Support creative development and media execution in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
- Ensure all marketing deliverables align with brand standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Review creative concepts for legal and compliance accuracy, ensuring French translations are completed and approved.
- Build decks for leadership presentations and campaign updates.
- Maintain trafficking for approvals and detailed project status reports.
- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Provide regular campaign performance updates and manage workflows efficiently.
- Develop monthly performance reports highlighting campaign KPIs and results.
- Manage marketing budgets, prepare monthly budget control reports, and track spend against forecasts.
Desired Skill Set:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or campaign management role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on executional excellence.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in financial services or banking (or supporting financial stakeholders).
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in reporting and interpreting performance metrics.
- High work ethic with adaptability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
