Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Graphic Designer who combines creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills. You will collaborate with marketing teams and business stakeholders to produce engaging, on-brand collateral for client events, programs, and industry conferences while ensuring all deliverables meet brand and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a variety of branded print and digital materials, including signage, brochures, invitations, presentations, registration websites, and email communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business partners to translate creative briefs into impactful visual solutions.
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across touchpoints.
  • Provide creative support for the client's hosted events, programs, and industry conferences.
  • Liaise with external vendors, including printers, to oversee production and ensure timely project completion.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards under tight deadlines.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by applying and promoting the client's visual identity and brand principles.
  • Actively contribute to the Creative Services team by sharing best practices, expertise, and innovative design ideas.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience providing creative support for events, marketing initiatives, and conferences.
  • Familiarity with event planning platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives and senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Working knowledge of HTML (an asset).
  • Prior experience in a corporate setting — ideally within banking, insurance, or financial services.
