Sr. Developer (C#/React/Scala/ Python)

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Developer (C#/React/Scala/ Python) with 5–10 years of hands-on development experience across C#, React, Scala, and Python. The design phase has been completed, and the focus will be on implementation, coding, and effective collaboration with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to interpret design specifications and translate them into efficient, maintainable code.
- Perform hands-on development (40–50% of the time) to implement key system components.
- Participate in meetings to gather requirements, provide technical updates, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and development best practices.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure successful integration of components and features.
- Maintain code quality, performance, and scalability throughout the implementation process.
Desired Skill Set:
- 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with C#, React, Scala, and Python.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, object-oriented design, and full-stack development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate within diverse technical teams.
