Recruiter – Banking

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Recruiter – Banking with proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate high-volume hiring periods. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, manage recruitment processes, and support early talent programs.
Responsibilities:

Conduct intake calls with business leaders to understand upcoming hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Support performance calibration discussions for talent completing their terms, presenting relevant data and insights to the business.

Plan and coordinate on-campus recruitment events, acting as a key representative of the organization.

Participate in on-campus engagements, connecting with students and identifying top talent.

Review and screen resumes, compile candidate resume books, and share recommendations with hiring managers.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Manage offer processes and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Desired Skill Set:

4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or financial environments.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment during peak hiring seasons.

Strong sense of urgency and accountability in delivering results.
Nice-to-Have:

Experience with technical recruitment (strongly preferred).

Familiarity with reporting and recruitment analytics.

Hands-on experience using Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Prior experience in banking or financial services recruitment.
