Are you a detail-oriented and forward-thinking marketing professional with a passion for digital media, omni-channel campaign execution, and data-driven strategy? This role offers an exciting opportunity to support and enhance MarTech initiatives while delivering impactful, timely, and relevant communications across multiple channels.

Working with one of our top clients, this role calls for a Channel Strategy Specialist who will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize media planning, enhance campaign orchestration, and support program growth through meaningful customer insights and measurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, execution, and monitoring of campaigns across Email, Social, Programmatic, Search, and other owned marketing channels.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in media planning for AMRP and its Partners.
  • Assist in executing multi-channel campaigns, ensuring effective targeting, optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing teams to support the automation of campaign orchestration.
  • Work closely with Strategic Partnerships, Partner Marketing, and Analytics to track digital marketing performance and develop impactful customer marketing plans.
  • Contribute to end-to-end omni-channel measurement in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Help ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with partner needs and strategic goals.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 2–3 years of media planning experience.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaign management (Email, Web, Social, Programmatic, Search, AdTech, Ad Operations).
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and communicating results effectively.
  • Ability to monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Agency or media planning background is highly valued.
  • High school diploma required

Nice-to-Have:

  • 3+ years of related marketing experience; loyalty or agency experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience within banking or a financial institution.
  • Experience with credit card or loyalty program marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors.
