Salesforce Architect / Lead

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end architecture, champion innovation, and shape cloud-based strategies across multiple business lines.
Working with one of our top clients, this position calls for a Salesforce Architect / Lead who will design, integrate, and deliver robust Salesforce and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Salesforce clouds, strong leadership capability, and hands-on experience guiding multi-pod delivery teams in complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end architecture, solution design, and delivery for Salesforce initiatives across multiple business lines, including Contact Center and Business Banking.
- Translate business goals into scalable, secure, and data-driven Salesforce and cloud solutions.
- Drive platform modernization, including migration to cloud-based and API-enabled architectures.
- Build and maintain reusable design patterns, frameworks, and architectural controls.
- Ensure stable, high-quality, and zero-defect releases through rigorous architectural governance.
- Provide technical leadership across pods, mentoring developers, analysts, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Communicate architectural strategy effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Influence decision-makers and collaborate across multiple business groups to align architecture with organizational goals.
Desired Skill Set:
- Strong Salesforce architecture experience across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, FSC, Data Cloud, and CRMA.
- 5–6+ years of Salesforce delivery experience; minimum 2 years in a Lead Architect role for the Lead position.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, consulting, and multi-pod or multi-LOB delivery environments.
- Strong background in large-scale integrations and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Solid understanding of business processes and best-practice solution design principles.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience supporting Contact Center or Business Banking teams.
- Exposure to pod-based structures in enterprise delivery.
