Process Analyst – Test Estimation/Portfolio/Reconciliation
Are you an experienced Process Analyst with strong expertise in test estimation, financial reconciliation, and portfolio management within large-scale technology environments? This role offers an excellent opportunity to support end-to-end QA financial operations, drive process optimization, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives across Branch QA initiatives.
Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for a Process Analyst – Test Estimation/Portfolio/Reconciliation who will lead analysis, testing strategy development, financial tracking, and reconciliation efforts across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with Clarity/PPM financials, strong collaboration across PMs and finance teams, and the ability to oversee test planning, automation frameworks, and continuous improvement within a complex, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track currency maintenance, requirement documentation, project delivery, and BAU support activities.
- Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead and implement complete test strategies, including automation suites, framework design, and standards definition.
- Oversee multiple test projects simultaneously and provide scheduling and coordination support to operations teams.
- Ensure systems and software are functionally appropriate, technically sound, and fully integrated.
- Review and derive requirements for testability; design, execute, and maintain test strategies and detailed plans.
- Execute and verify test cases, reporting defects and test results to stakeholders.
- Communicate overall quality metrics, using data-driven insights to highlight concerns and improvement areas.
- Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with client’s SDLC processes.
- Ensure development teams follow proper unit testing practices prior to integrated testing.
- Drive testing automation capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to communities of practice, mentor others, and stay current with industry and technical trends.
- Work independently on complex, unique tasks, using sound judgment to diagnose and resolve issues.
Desired Skill Set:
- Experience managing finances in Clarity/PPM.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with the Customer Connect application.
- 10+ years of experience in IT or business environments, with strong SDLC and QA methodology expertise.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze data and testing metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with multiple PMs and finance teams, particularly on test estimations, financial reconciliations, portfolio management, and Clarity-related deliverables.
- Strong collaboration, analytical, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated data-driven decision-making capabilities.
