Application Support Analyst – Banking/Feedhub
Are you an experienced Application Support professional with strong hands-on expertise in Autosys, ServiceNow, and Feedhub—ready to support critical banking applications in a fast-paced production environment? This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to day-to-day application stability while gaining exposure to trading-side operations within a major financial institution.
Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for an Application Support Analyst – Banking/Feedhub who will coordinate application updates, troubleshoot production issues, manage job scheduling, and support business users through testing and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical support capabilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across infrastructure, business, and operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute implementation plans for new or updated applications, including medium to highly complex changes.
- Work directly with business users to support testing, validation, and operational readiness.
- Support module development, data conversion activities, job scheduling, integration testing, and end-user training.
- Evaluate incoming service requests to ensure adherence to established standards, analyzing impacts and taking corrective action when required.
- Gather business and technical requirements, design solutions, configure and code updates, and resolve issues across development and production support environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve medium to highly complex production problems, performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective measures.
- Monitor supported applications and services to identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications for reports, enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and forms.
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations and interface specifications.
- Participate in on-call support, including overnight coverage when required.
Desired Skill Set:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Autosys.
- 2+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- 3+ years of Feedhub experience.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Linux environments.
