Are you an analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong reporting skills and a passion for optimizing IT asset lifecycle processes? This role offers an excellent opportunity to support a major financial institution’s modernization efforts by driving end-of-life (EOL/EOS) asset reporting, lifecycle tracking, and data-driven decision-making across technology portfolios.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for an IT Asset Management Analyst who will manage EOL/EOS reporting, coordinate lifecycle plans, and produce strategic insights to support compliance, governance, and technology modernization. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in reporting, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and asset lifecycle management in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and report IT assets approaching EOL/EOS, ensuring timely identification, tracking, and lifecycle planning.
  • Develop BAU and ad hoc reports for various audiences, including leadership, technology partners, and governance teams.
  • Perform data analysis and gap assessments to support asset lifecycle decisions and remediation planning.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align lifecycle strategy with modernization and compliance efforts.
  • Support governance processes, including EOL remediation tracking, risk metric validation, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and dashboards that summarize asset health, lifecycle status, and technology risks.
  • Provide strong customer service, ensuring clarity and responsiveness in stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within asset management systems and related repositories.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Proven ability to design, produce, and maintain business-as-usual and ad hoc reports.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and gap analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, macros, tables, charts).
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in governance areas such as EOL remediation tracking, process improvements, or risk metric validation.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and MS SQL.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure services, platforms, and Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
