Working with one of our top clients, this position calls for a Communications Specialist who will draft internal updates, build weekly digests, support partner team communications, and uphold brand voice and formatting standards. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, highly organized, and committed to delivering polished, reliable communications with consistent execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft clear, concise internal updates using established templates.
  • Build weekly news digests with a focus on formatting accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Compile and prepare content for partner team newsletters and enterprise communication channels.
  • Complete recurring annual or cyclical updates to established communication assets.
  • Perform light editing and proofreading to ensure error-free deliverables.
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and formatting standards across all content.
  • Work efficiently with templates, shared drives, and structured workflows.
  • Manage multiple small tasks with consistent, timely execution.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 1–3+ years of experience (maximum 4 years) in corporate communications, marketing, editorial, or journalism.
  • Strong writing skills with proven adherence to tone, voice, and brand guidelines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong formatting and content-quality discipline.
  • Experience using templates, shared drives, and structured content workflows.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Reliable, responsive, and execution-focused working style.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Business-to-Business (B2B) writing.
  • Experience working within Financial Services.
