IT Project Manager-Cyberscurity

Working with one of our innovative clients, this position calls for an IT Project Manager – Cybersecurity who will create organizational templates and processes, manage competing priorities, ensure alignment of deliverables, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate excels in dynamic environments, takes ownership, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain templates, processes, and workflows across the organization.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and drive projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure statements of work (SOWs) and project deliverables are fully aligned with business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain project momentum.
- Support cybersecurity-related initiatives through effective coordination, structure, and project discipline.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality execution.
Desired Skill Set:
- 3+ years of experience working in a startup environment or similarly fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to execute in a hands-on role with minimal direction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
- Ability to create structure, process, and clarity where none currently exists.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to cybersecurity projects or familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
- Experience supporting project documentation, workflows, or operational readiness in technical environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
