Are you a hands-on Scrum leader who excels in driving technical delivery, guiding engineering teams, and maintaining disciplined Agile execution across complex enterprise platforms? This role offers a high-impact opportunity to lead multi-layer engineering initiatives, support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) programs, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across numerous integrated systems.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for a Scrum Master (Salesforce Financial Services Cloud) who will lead Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint execution, solve daily technical blockers, and collaborate across architecture, development, and cloud teams. The ideal candidate is a confident delivery driver with strong technical acumen, deep Agile expertise, and the ability to challenge and support teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Lead Agile Delivery & Technical Execution

  • Lead daily Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Drive sprint execution, maintain sprint integrity, and ensure delivery of complex technical requirements.
  • Coordinate delivery across 25+ integrated systems and multi-layer enterprise platforms.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve sprint blockers, technical dependencies, and cross-team issues.
  • Partner with architects, developers, and BSAs to validate technical readiness and solution design.
  • Facilitate technical problem-solving, whiteboarding sessions, and workflow discussions.
  • Maintain detailed Agile metrics dashboards (velocity, burndown, risks).

Salesforce FSC & Technical Oversight

  • Support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud initiatives, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Oversee loyalty management and enterprise integration touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Azure and Databricks teams on technical pipelines and end-to-end flows.
  • Document and diagram system interactions, workflows, and integration logic.

Project Management Support

  • Assist with project intake, sizing, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
  • Provide status updates, track risks, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure user stories and requirements are well-groomed and aligned to sprint goals.
  • Maintain project documentation within JIRA and Confluence.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles within enterprise environments.
  • Proven success leading Scrum teams with complex technical scope.
  • Strong technical background in software development, solution design, or business systems analysis.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integrations, data flows, and multi-system architecture.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting technical workflows or pipelines.
  • Advanced JIRA expertise: sprint boards, JQL queries, story decomposition, EazyBI dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—confident, diplomatic, and able to challenge assumptions constructively.
  • Proven ability to resolve technical blockers and drive sprint-level accountability.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with client’s or similar Tier 1 financial institutions.
  • Salesforce FSC or broader Salesforce ecosystem experience.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
  • Experience in regulatory, compliance, or financial-services environments.
  • Prior experience in multi-cloud or large-scale digital transformation programs.
