Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who excels at partnering with executive-level leaders and driving strategic, enterprise-wide hiring initiatives? This role offers a unique opportunity to lead national recruitment strategies, build robust and diverse talent pipelines, and influence senior decision-makers across multiple business lines.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner – Workday who will independently manage a complex recruitment portfolio, act as a senior Talent Advisor, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, providing strategic guidance to business leaders and informing talent decisions through deep market, business, and organizational knowledge.
  • Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment process and specialized acquisition programs for national, multi-line portfolios.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging market intelligence, best practices, and proactive outreach to attract diverse active and passive talent.
  • Advise business leaders on talent market gaps, emerging trends, and alternative sourcing recommendations to strengthen workforce planning.
  • Ensure a seamless Hiring Manager and candidate experience, aligned with the organization’s customer experience model.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of HR policies, programs, recruitment best practices, and internal governance.
  • Build strong partnerships with HRBPs, HR COEs, and senior business stakeholders, understanding future hiring needs and advising on optimal sourcing approaches.
  • Utilize and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decisions, optimize strategies, and consult effectively with hiring managers.
  • Promote employer brand visibility through industry networking, digital outreach, recruitment events, and targeted advertising.
  • Represent the organization in external recruitment initiatives and engage with executive-level leaders up to the highest management tiers.
  • Follow enterprise frameworks, uphold risk management standards, and ensure compliance with internal/external recruitment requirements.
  • Lead or support special initiatives, preparing executive-level presentations and monitoring the effectiveness of programs and practices.
  • Stay current on market trends, regulatory updates, and best practices within talent acquisition and assess their impact on recruitment strategies.
  • Address and resolve escalated issues with speed and thoroughness.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 5+ years of executive-level exposure as a TA Partner supporting executives who lead major business units (high business acumen).
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for a complex portfolio that spans multiple lines of business (national scope).
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Nice To Haves:

  • Bilingualism (French/English) – strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry.
  • Workday (HRIS) experience – strong preference
