Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Access Provisioning Analyst-Banking. This position involves supporting the access provisioning team within the Capital Markets technology environment, focusing on managing and executing access requests efficiently and accurately. The role is ideal for candidates with a foundational background in technology support or access management looking to advance their career in a dynamic financial services setting.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $35.81/hr
Responsibilities
- Analyze, review, and process access requests in ServiceNow, including new hires, transfers, and terminations
- Execute getIT requests related to identity changes promptly and accurately
- Manage access modification requests, including IAM attestations, and resolve incidents following established procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to ensure timely and compliant access provisioning
- Maintain thorough documentation of all requests and communications within ServiceNow
- Prioritize and monitor access request queues, ensuring adherence to SLAs
- Identify opportunities to improve access processes, reduce operational risks, and enhance service quality
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve access-related incidents, escalating when necessary
- Contribute to updating knowledge base articles and documenting process improvements
- Follow security policies, controls, and standards diligently in all activities
Desired Skill-Set
- 1+ years of experience in technology support, access management, or service request management environment
- Proficiency with Active Directory (ARS), Microsoft Exchange, and ServiceNow
- Experience processing user access requests, including provisioning, modification, and revocation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with sensitive access data
- Ability to interpret and follow documented procedures precisely
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requests within tight SLAs
- Clear and professional communication skills for effective end-user and partner interactions
- Understanding of security policies and control standards in access management
- Ability to work independently while escalating issues appropriately
Nice to Have
- Experience with ID creation across multiple infrastructure platforms
- Familiarity with access provisioning for capital markets environments
- Knowledge of additional IT support tools or identity management solutions
