This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our top financial clients as an Application Support Analyst, where you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting business-critical applications that power digital operations.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Application Support Analyst who combines strong problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and customer focus. You will provide second-level support for production systems, manage incident escalations, and collaborate with business and technology partners to ensure high system availability and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis and second-level support for client and technical issues, system outages, and application inquiries.

  • Maintain and prioritize incident and issue logs, ensuring timely resolution and escalation to the appropriate technology teams or vendors.

  • Investigate and define operational issues, prioritizing based on severity, risk, and business impact.

  • Design and implement preventive measures and solutions to avoid recurrence of issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Act as a key liaison between business and technology partners, maintaining open and effective communication channels.

  • Participate in project assessments and system change reviews as a subject matter expert.

  • Ensure compliance with business continuity, security, and privacy standards during operational and project activities.

  • Support recovery efforts during outages and ensure 24×7 application availability and performance.

  • Research and recommend improvements to operational processes, tools, and policies.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 3–4+ years of experience in Application Production Support.

  • Hands-on experience with Feedhub and Autosys.

  • Strong Unix (KSH) and Windows PowerShell scripting skills.

  • Experience using ServiceNow for incident and change management.

  • Proven client-facing experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Jira (no-code scripting) and Confluence.

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and processes.
