Working with one of our top financial institutions, this role calls for an Application Support Analyst/DevOps/Autosys professional with strong expertise in application support, DevOps methodologies, automation, and infrastructure management. The successful candidate will ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of key banking applications while collaborating across multiple teams to deliver seamless technology operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end production support for enterprise applications and infrastructure within the Remote Banking & Shared Services (RBSS) environment.

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve medium to complex production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

  • Support DevOps and Agile initiatives by automating manual processes and optimizing deployment pipelines.

  • Coordinate and execute implementation plans for new or updated applications, configurations, and maintenance activities.

  • Proactively monitor systems using tools like Dynatrace, ensuring issues are detected and resolved promptly.

  • Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, including certificate renewals and related operational tasks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance, resilience, and security posture.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through performance tuning, scripting, and automation.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 2+ years of strong knowledge and experience with UNIX/Linux/Solaris/Windows environments.

  • 2+ years of experience with JBOSS and WebLogic middleware technologies.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies and tools such as Jenkins or similar CI/CD platforms.

  • 2+ years of experience working with Cloud technologies (Azure preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience with Container platforms (CaaS, OpenShift).

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow (Incident Management, Certificate Renewal).

  • Proficiency with Dynatrace, Autosys/Tidal job scheduling, and Feedhub (Axway Managed File Transfer).

  • Programming skills in Java, Python, Shell scripting, or Perl.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Solace and Splunk for monitoring and event management.

  • Knowledge of Layer 7 of the OSI model.

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for Agile collaboration and documentation.
