Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Banking Associate – Credit. This position supports daily operational activities within a fast-paced banking environment, focusing on credit processes and small team management. The role offers exposure to credit operations, data entry, and team collaboration.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $33.61/hr
Responsibilities
- Manage daily volumes to meet service timelines and SLA benchmarks
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain quality control
- Exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately
- Follow policies, procedures, and risk controls diligently
- Communicate clearly with internal partners and external solicitors
- Ensure attendance, reliability, and professional conduct
- Contribute to team projects and operational improvements
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders regularly
- Handle access to customer data responsibly
Desired Skill-Set
- Data entry experience (minimum 3 years)
- Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency
- Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal, at least 3 years)
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Good judgment and decision-making ability
