Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Banking Associate – Wealth Management. This position involves supporting client onboarding activities, facilitating client transfers, and opening accounts to ensure smooth onboarding processes for wealth management clients. This contract role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the financial services industry.
Pay rate range (CAD): $26.80/hr – $32.17/hr
Responsibilities
- Assist with client account openings and transfers within wealth and retail banking operations
- Support advisor-led client transfer processes between financial institutions
- Follow up on transfer status and resolve related issues
- Review policies and escalate issues as needed
- Manage and prioritize multiple onboarding tasks efficiently
Desired Skill-Set
- 2-3+ years of banking operations experience, particularly in account openings and transfers
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong aptitude for technology, data management, and process automation
- Experience handling escalations and conducting policy reviews
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Motivated to learn and grow within the role
- Interest in learning management platforms and digital tools
- Previous customer service experience in banking
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
