Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Corporate Communication Specialist – Banking. This position involves developing and executing professional, branded communications and learning materials to support training initiatives and change management efforts across the organization. The role offers a dynamic environment, a hybrid work structure, and the opportunity to contribute to strategic business projects within the banking industry.
Pay rate range (CAD): $38.33/hr – $45.99/hr
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce innovative internal communications including emails, newsletters, and training documents
- Coordinate and manage the creation and distribution of communication and training materials
- Develop content in alignment with corporate branding and standards
- Assist in organizing logistics and delivery of newsletters and training sessions
- Support change management initiatives through effective communication strategies
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure consistent messaging
- Proof translations and adapt bilingual content when necessary
- Contribute ideas to enhance communication strategies and engagement efforts
Desired Skill-Set
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/in education
- 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate communications, creative development, or editing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Copilot
- Experience supporting change management initiatives through communications
- Ability to simplify complex technical information into clear messages
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Creative mindset with a talent for original content development
- Ability to interface effectively with various departments and stakeholders
- Capable of producing quality work within tight deadlines
Nice to Have
- Bilingual French language skills, with the ability to proofread translations
- Experience in a financial or banking environment
- Previous experience with branding and corporate identity standards
- Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms
- Experience with project management or coordinating multiple initiatives
