This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading financial institution supporting wires investigations and payment operations.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Payments Analyst who can work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills, operational expertise, and bilingual communication abilities to drive accurate, timely, and efficient payment processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and guidance to assigned business/group on operational processes and solution implementation.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate with internal business partners and external customers to respond to standard and non-standard inquiries.
  • Integrate information from multiple sources to improve efficiency, analysis, and reporting.
  • Monitor and track operational performance and resolve or escalate issues as required.
  • Support change management initiatives, focusing on execution and sustainment activities.
  • Execute daily operational tasks to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service.
  • Resolve standard issues and provide guidance to junior team members; escalate complex issues to managers.
  • Provide input and participate in planning, testing, and implementing continuous improvement projects.
  • Follow documented policies and procedures to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Analyze data to provide insights, recommendations, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage operational risk appropriately.
  • Collaborate in development and implementation of new or improved processes and systems.
  • Support training and tools development to enhance business results.
  • Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems independently.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 4-year degree.
  • Bilingual French/English, fluent English required.
