Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Talent Advisor/Workday who will lead the development/design/delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies, plans and programs for a portfolio and acts as a subject matter expert in their own area of expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and businesses supported, having deep expertise in external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent
  • Manage end-to-end aspects of the recruitment process / specialized acquisition program
  • Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent
  • Advise business leads on talent market gaps and provide insights on alternative practices and opportunities.
  • Execute on determined plans and provide insight/ guidance to clients on the benefits of approach
  • Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle aligned to the client’s customer experience model
  • Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programs as they relate to recruitment
  • Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and provide consultation on optimal sourcing approaches
  • Maintain, analyze and leverage accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing and recruitment activities; consult with hiring managers
  • Promote the client’s brand in the marketplace through developing and maintaining strong candidate and industry networks
  • Lead advertising and brand activities to attract talent, utilizing internet/intranet / social media and other recruiting tools as appropriate
  • Represent the client in various recruitment functions as needed
  • Generally interacts with executive-level managers up to and including the most senior management layers

Desired Skill Set:

  • Executive-level exposure, being a TA partner supporting executives who lead a business unit
    (high business acumen)

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Recruited for a complex portfolio that crosses multiple lines of business

Nice To Have:

  • Bilingualism (French/English)
  • Knowledge of the banking/Financial services industry
  • Workday (HRIS) strong preference
