Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst who will manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and finance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, driving operational improvements, and supporting the implementation of solutions across multiple Lines of Business (LoB).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements management for projects of varying complexity, ensuring alignment with business and enterprise strategies.

  • Collaborate with business, technology, and finance stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and priorities.

  • Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Analyze impacts to customers, stakeholders, employees, processes, and technology solutions to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Clarify work packages for assigned initiatives/projects and maintain a customer-centric approach.

  • Provide recommendations and direction based on end-to-end customer experience considerations.

  • Engage stakeholders to identify, manage, and deliver project outcomes.

  • Ensure timely communication of project updates, changes, and risks to sponsors, business owners, and managers.

  • Identify and lead problem resolution to ensure customer and business needs are met.

  • Contribute to change management activities including stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, and change planning.

  • Support quality assurance efforts, including development of test scripts, testing, and resolution of issues.

  • Document current state and design future state processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints related to requirements.

  • Contribute to cost estimation, seed funding requests, RFI/RFP processes, and post-implementation support.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in Power BI (3–4 years).

  • Proficiency with scripting and automation tools (3–4 years).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a positive, collaborative manner.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ARCS platform (1 year).

  • Prior leadership experience in project or team management.
