Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Analyst – eGRC / Migration who will lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders by applying a variety of techniques to probe, elicit, challenge, understand, and gain consensus on requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, document, and validate current state processes and support stakeholders to design the desired future state; provide recommendations and/or direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions.
- Leading collaboration with business/Journey and/or technology/Platform stakeholders as appropriate to lead, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
- Assessing, documenting, and validating current and future state processes, understanding the problem statement and business needs to deliver effective solutions that address business problems, align with strategic business goals and risk appetite.
- Collaborate on delivery, testing and implementation activities to support business benefits and achieve business results/outcomes.
- Applying best practices for effective communication, relationship management and problem-solving with stakeholders/partners
Desired Skill Set:
- 5 years of expertise in Business Analysis
- 5 years of experience in Requirements Gathering
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to cope with rapid change
Nice To Have:
- Experience working in the Banking / Financial Industry
- Experience working on large projects/programs
- Expertise in Data Analysis
- Regulatory compliance or risk background
