Business Information Management Analyst/Python/SharePoint
Are you a data-focused professional with strong technical skills in MS Access, SharePoint, and Python? Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for a Business Information Management Analyst who will manage multiple MS Access databases, build and optimize queries, handle SharePoint file structures, and support data consolidation scripts. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong analytical and independent working skills who thrive in a highly structured, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain multiple MS Access databases integrated with SharePoint lists
- Create and optimize MS Access queries, forms, and VBA automations
- Manage files, lists, and structures within SharePoint
- Support Python scripting for consolidating MS Access and Excel data
- Perform data analysis, data manipulation, and reporting as needed
- Work independently to troubleshoot issues and maintain data integrity
Desired Skill Set:
- Strong data analysis, data management, and data manipulation experience
- SharePoint Lists experience
- Strong MS Access expertise (Forms, VBA automation)
- Python experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive attitude and strong independent work habits
