Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Process Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to document as-is processes, define to-be states, and ensure smooth transitions that align with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of process mapping and documentation methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing (as-is) business process models and compare them to future (to-be) designs to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Design, document, and manage business processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Identify, document, and analyze business rules that govern process implementation.

  • Test and execute process improvements to validate outcomes and ensure effectiveness.

  • Evaluate processes holistically to assess the impact of changes on people, strategy, technology, and overall operations.

  • Gather and analyze feedback on process performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor and measure process efficiency and identify areas for further optimization.

  • Perform data-driven analysis to detect workflow inefficiencies and recommend solutions.

  • Utilize spreadsheet software, flowcharting, and business process analysis tools to visualize and manage process improvements.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 3–5 years of experience in business process consulting or process improvement.

  • Proven leadership abilities with experience facilitating workshops and driving cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong ability to write, document, and maintain business procedures.

  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis methodologies.

  • Skilled in collecting and interpreting information from customers, vendors, and key stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of business process analysis techniques and methods to support organizational goals.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Visio or other process mapping tools.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
