Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Systems Analyst/Regulatory Reporting who will lead impact assessments, perform data analysis, and help design innovative solutions that support regulatory reporting initiatives. You'll create user stories, manage backlog items, and collaborate across teams to enhance system functionality. This role involves guiding Agile-based development, sharing knowledge with team members, and ensuring compliance with global capital markets regulations.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Consultant, ideally within Capital Markets and OTC derivative regulatory reporting
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments: OTC & exchange-traded derivatives, FX, and money market products
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Agile/Scrum methodologies, SIT testing, and writing detailed documentation(SQL is a must)
  • Familiarity with global regulations (e.g., CFTC, CSA, ESMA, MAS, etc.) and platforms like DTCC, Unavista, Trax
  • Knowledge of data formats such as FPML, CSV, and ISO 20022 XML
  • Bonus: Experience with Azure DevOps, Elasticsearch, and Python
