Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Campus Recruiter who will be responsible for the intake calls with the business, understanding the business’s upcoming hiring needs and performance calibration for talent completing their term, and presenting data to the business. This candidate will be planning for on-campus events.
Desired Skill Set:
- 4 years of strong experience in Recruitment
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Strong multitasking skills and able to manage high-volume work
- Strong communication skills, verbal & written
Nice To Have:
- Experience with IT recruitment
- Previous banking experience in a similar role
