Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Change Management Lead – Banking. In this position, you will oversee and coordinate multiple large-scale projects involving business and IT change, assess impact, and collaborate with business leaders to ensure successful implementation of change strategies. This is a dynamic role suited for a seasoned professional committed to driving transformation within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple organizational change initiatives within a fast-paced environment
- Assess the impact of change on business, IT, and technology teams
- Collaborate with business leads to develop and implement change strategies
- Create artefacts to support change management models and frameworks
- Manage stakeholder communication and engagement efforts
- Coordinate efforts across various projects to ensure consistency and success
- Track progress and report on change management initiatives to senior leadership
- Facilitate change adoption and ensure sustainability of outcomes
Desired Skill-Set
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in change management within financial institutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent proactive communication and collaboration skills
- Certified Change Management professional (e.g., Prosci or equivalent)
- Experience working with business leads and assessing impact of change
Nice to Have
- Prosci certification
- Background in banking operations or back-office functions
- Experience with organizational change in AML or related projects
- Familiarity with change models and methodologies
