Data Scientist – Business Intelligence & Predictive Analytics

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Data Scientist – Business Intelligence & Predictive Analytics who will design and implement predictive models, optimize marketing strategies, and uncover business opportunities through sophisticated data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Develop supervised and unsupervised predictive models for client segmentation and business use cases using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.

Analyze large datasets to provide insights that guide product development, marketing strategies, and business optimization.

Implement and explore machine learning, deep learning, and AI methodologies to enhance analytical efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct independent research and AI experimentation to develop innovative models tailored to organizational needs.

Collaborate with partners to source, integrate, and manage internal and external data, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and standardization.

Lead the design and delivery of data analytics and visualization solutions, communicating key findings through clear and impactful presentations.

Design and execute campaign analyses, focusing on customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization across digital channels to improve engagement and sales.

Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges, assess data credibility, and propose analytical solutions that create revenue and cost-saving opportunities.

Continuously enhance analytical processes through automation, optimization, and innovation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing ideas and best practices to foster continuous learning and improvement.
Desired Skill Set:

Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Data Science.

3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment as a Senior Data Scientist.

Proficiency with large datasets, both structured and unstructured, using tools such as SQL, Hive, and PySpark.

Strong coding skills in Python and PySpark.

Expertise in customer segmentation and predictive modeling to support targeted marketing and strategic initiatives.
Nice-to-Have:

Extensive hands-on experience with PySpark.

Prior experience within a financial institution (FI) or banking environment.
