Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Digital Accessibility Consultant who will have depth of accessibility testing skills, particularly with NVDA / JAWS, expertise in providing remediation advice to Design / Dev and familiarity with aXe, JIRA and Figma.
Desired Skill Set:
- 3 years of experience in Manual testing with WCAG 2.1 A-AA, including keyboard, browser zoom, NVDA, JAWS, colour contrast analyzer and visual inspections
- 3 years of experience in communicating the user impact of a specific issue / WCAG criteria
- Strong communication skills
- Team Player
- Able to support multiple projects
- Working knowledge of JIRA
Nice To Have:
- Analysis of automated issues to ensure no false positives
- Exposure to Deque tools
- Design reviews in Figma
- Experience in providing remediation support for Devs within HTML / CSS / JavaScript to address open accessibility issues
- Dev skills building non-accessible code and accessible code
- Experience analyzing VPAT or ACR reports
