Are you a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong analytical and communication skills, eager to support digital transformation initiatives in Business Banking?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for a Junior Business Analyst – Cash Management Services & Customer Migrations who will support the end-to-end customer migration lifecycle, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and help optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a portfolio of customers throughout the client’s migration lifecycle, monitoring project scope, milestones, dependencies, and benefits.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal partners, setting expectations and timelines for migration activities.
  • Assist with risk and issue management, escalating concerns as appropriate and helping implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate tracking databases and ensure all migrations are completed correctly, on time, and on budget.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across Product Groups, Support teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend actionable solutions, and participate in initiatives to optimize migration procedures.
  • Apply migration best practices and principles to ensure quality, consistency, and minimal disruption to clients.
  • Quickly learn complex systems, tools, and processes to support the migration and ongoing operational needs.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/project support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business requirements.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Cash Management products and processes.
  • Bilingual (English/French)
