Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a LMS Administrator/SumTotal LMS who will support enterprise learning initiatives by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing client;s MyLearning&; LMS platform on SumTotal LMS. This role ensures accurate audience targeting, compliance with training requirements, and efficient execution of LMS operations. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions and maintain high standards of data integrity and user experience.
Pay rate range (CAD): $63.14/hr – $75.77/hr
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the client's “MyLearning” LMS platform on SumTotal LMS.
- Ensure accurate audience targeting and compliance with training requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions.
- Review and document audience requirements and produce Audience Approval Documents.
- Build and quality check LMS audiences against approval documentation.
- Implement post-launch audience modifications as needed.
- Manage LMS operations including processing Learning Needs Requests and maintenance tickets.
- Test and configure eLearning courses, instructor-led, and virtual courses.
- Partner with Learning Solutions Architects, Program Managers, and HR data teams on LMS configuration and capabilities.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and user experience within the LMS platform.
Desired Skill-Set:
- 5-10 years of LMS platform administration experience, specifically with SumTotal LMS.
- Strong ability to interpret HR data for audience targeting.
- Experience with ticketing systems and workflow management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Effective stakeholder communication and engagement skills.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience within financial services.
- Knowledge of HR data analytics tools like PointClick, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Certification in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Human Performance Technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning & Development, HR, or related field.
