Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Manager, Data Strategy and Analytics (Call Center) who will lead a high-impact team to advance our client’s enterprise data strategy. Partnering with business units, you will deliver dashboards, harmonized KPIs, and analytics that drive business value, while shaping the roadmap for data architecture and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data strategy and business architecture roadmaps.
  • Deliver executive-ready analyses, scenario simulations, and data products.
  • Ensure documentation and governance of all data products.
  • Apply agile, design-thinking, and system-thinking principles to deliver incremental solutions.
  • Mentor team members and stay current on emerging trends in analytics and data strategy.

Desired Skill Set:
 

  • 1–2 years of management experience; proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • 5+ years in analytics with measurable business impact.
  • Expertise in Power BI, Azure, and enterprise-scale data strategy projects.
  • Experience with machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and prioritization skills.
