Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Marketing Consultant – Home Financing Products who will be accountable for executing marketing strategies to help drive business objectives for Canadian Home Financing growth programs. The role will translate program strategies into solutions and communication tactics to increase profitable customer relationships, and to help develop and implement marketing and communication materials across multiple channels and multiple tactics, ensuring all marketing materials adhere to brand strategy and overall business objectives and are compliant with legal/regulatory disclosure requirements. The role is accountable for creating communication materials that are relevant and continually optimized to drive measurable impact against business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage day-to-day requirements to deliver Home Financing End of Term Renewal Campaigns, including planning, scheduling, copywriting, coordinating stakeholder reviews/approvals and translation.
- Lead & manage day-to-day requirements to deliver Mid Term Retention Campaigns, including planning, scheduling, copywriting, coordinating stakeholder reviews/approvals and translation.
- Design and implement unique cross-sell campaigns targeting existing homeowners with relevant offers and products.
- Drive content updates, design, and implement robust testing plans on the public website to continually optimize and drive incremental campaign performance
- Track results and present outcomes of initiatives to business partners, executives and executive councils, and to help drive viable recommendations.
- Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed
Desired Skill Set:
- Typically between 4 – 6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
- Proven success working in a variety of marketing disciplines, including demonstrated experience in customer relationship management (CRM) programs, email marketing, digital marketing, direct marketing and marketing analytics.
