Working with one of the top financial clients, this role requires a .NET/Python Full Stack Developer | Capital Markets who will analyze highly complex business requirements, generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications. This candidate will act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
- Ensure quality security, and compliance requirements are met for the supported area
- Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
- Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
Desired Skill Set:
- 4+ years of experience- designing, developing, implementing, documenting, and supporting applications.
- Hands-on experience with .NET 5 or later (C#, NHibernate)
- Experience with Python, Oracle and PL/SQL (preferred over MS SQL Server)
- Expertise in Angular 15 or later
Nice To Have:
- Significant advantage for candidates with prior experience in Capital Markets, particularly in Equity Markets and/or Prime Brokerage.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices, REST API or Web Services
- Enterprise Service Bus technologies (e.g., IBM MQ & Solace)
- Cloud Proficiency: Strongly preferred experience with Azure Cloud, including:
- Experience in Data Warehousing and Data Factories
- Serverless offerings such as Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
