Are you an experienced PMO Operations Manager with a strong background in project governance, compliance, and control testing? This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of our top financial clients, ensuring PMO operational excellence, data integrity, and adherence to enterprise standards.

Working with one of our leading banking clients, this position calls for a PMO Operations Manager who will focus on driving consistency across PMO processes, monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), managing attestation and control testing, and implementing automation to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute quarterly control testing, document results, assign ratings, and track remediation actions.
  • Monitor and manage KRIs, ensuring all breaches are tracked, escalated, and resolved within SLAs.
  • Coordinate and submit PMRO attestation packages, including GRCE documentation and control deficiency tracking.
  • Maintain Clarity data accuracy, ensuring timely updates in line with governance milestones.
  • Implement and maintain automation tools such as Power BI or Selenium to streamline control testing and reporting.
  • Track operational metrics and report on PMO performance, efficiency, and compliance outcomes.
  • Support onboarding and governance training for new Project Managers and Scrum Masters.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience in a structured PMO or enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience in control testing and compliance, including execution, documentation, and remediation tracking.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and KRI monitoring.
  • Experience maintaining data accuracy within enterprise tools like Clarity or similar project management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and reporting tools such as Power BI and Selenium.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain attestation packages and governance documentation.

Nice-to-Have:

  • PMP certification.
  • Previous banking or financial industry experience.
