Are you an experienced Quality Assurance leader with a strong background in managing large-scale enterprise testing programs? Do you excel in both strategic planning and hands-on execution within complex, multi-stream environments? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring quality, efficiency, and seamless delivery across one of our leading financial client’s most critical programs.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Program Manager – Quality Assurance / Testing to lead and oversee all QA and testing activities within the Concorde Program — a high-impact initiative focused on operational efficiency and productivity improvement. The successful candidate will partner with business and technology stakeholders to design and execute comprehensive SIT, UAT, PAT, and E2E test strategies across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of SIT, UAT, PAT, and E2E Test Strategies in partnership with workstream testing managers and leads.
  • Design and manage business process-focused end-to-end testing to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams, driving alignment and clear communication.
  • Develop and present QA testing summary dashboards and reports to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate in a matrix environment, influencing without direct authority to achieve testing objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues that impact testing timelines or quality.
  • Apply creative problem-solving to navigate ambiguity, connect strategic goals to execution, and continuously improve QA processes.
  • Ensure testing excellence through effective governance, coordination, and delivery oversight across all QA activities.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 8–10 years of experience in software development testing, automation, and software process improvement.
  • Expert-level understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (8+ years).
  • Proven experience managing QA within both Waterfall and Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with HP ALM and strong technical communication skills to address issues within testing cycles.
  • Track record of leading QA for strategic programs within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple testing streams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
  • Knowledge of Cheque Processing systems (e.g., Day 1, Day 2, RDC).
  • Experience in Retail Banking or other financial domains.
