Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a  Project/Program Change Coordinator (PCO). In this position, you'll be instrumental in managing change requests, coordinating multiple teams, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently, all within a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business-submitted change requests, including requirements and impacted teams
  • Coordinate walkthroughs and document detailed requirements and open items
  • Follow up on open items to ensure progress and resolution
  • Obtain estimates and coordinate project timelines for implementation
  • Track development, testing, deployment, and closure of change requests
  • Connect relevant teams and drive work to completion without requiring deep technical knowledge
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across all levels
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow-ups to ensure traceability and accountability
  • Support process improvements and adapt to changing project priorities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables

Desired Skill-Set

  • 5–10 years of project coordination or managerial experience, with 7–10 preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to lead meetings, summarize decisions, and follow up effectively
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, backend systems, mainframe migration, etc.
  • Proven experience managing change requests and coordinating multiple teams
  • Knowledge of the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, closure
  • Highly organized with strong documentation and follow-up skills
  • Assertive yet collaborative; able to push back diplomatically and prioritize tasks
  • Street-smart, practical approach to problem-solving and getting things done
  • Adaptable to a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • Agile or project management knowledge is a plus
  • Banking industry experience, including familiarity with banking processes and governance, is advantageous
  • Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot is a plus but not mandatory
  • Certifications like Scrum are desirable but not required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-powered project tools and automation
  • Prior experience in a banking or financial services setting
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Ability to speak additional languages is a plus
