Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Recruiter who will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the Canadian Business Banking portfolio. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and stakeholder engagement, while acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in French and English, possess excellent communication skills, and be confident in engaging with executives. They will be known as a go-to partner, with a proven ability to influence talent strategies, promote employer brand, and deliver a legendary hiring manager and candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Talent Acquisition Partner for the Canadian Business Banking portfolio, leveraging market expertise to inform hiring decisions.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from proactive sourcing to offer acceptance, for mid-to-senior level positions.
- Develop and execute innovative talent strategies using best practices and market data to target both active and passive candidates.
- Provide consultative insights to business leaders on market gaps and alternate sourcing strategies.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, HR partners, and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
- Maintain, analyze, and leverage recruitment metrics to inform and refine sourcing strategies.
- Promote the client's employment brand through developing and maintaining candidate and industry networks.
- Drive a legendary candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Desired Skill Set:
- 5–7 years of recruitment experience (flexible).
- Bilingual – French and English.
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, calculations).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confidence and professionalism in engaging with VPs and executives regarding hiring processes and standards.
Nice-to-Have:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Workday (HRIS/ATS).
- Prior experience recruiting for commercial or business banking or revenue-generating roles.
