Risk Analyst – Credit Risk Modeling/Stress Testing

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a major migration initiative within Business Banking, ensuring customers transition seamlessly to a modern digital banking platform while strengthening operational risk controls and process efficiency.
Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for a Risk Analyst – Credit Risk Modeling/Stress Testing who will play a key role in supporting customer migrations, identifying operational risks, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and process workflows. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support a portfolio of Small Business Banking (SBB) customers throughout the migration lifecycle from Web Business Banking (WBB) to the new digital platform.
- Monitor project scope, requirements, dependencies, milestones, and benefits to ensure timely and accurate customer transitions.
- Communicate risks, issues, and escalation needs to stakeholders and onboarding teams.
- Translate technical requirements into clear, customer-friendly communication across email, verbal updates, and documentation.
- Ensure expectations and timelines are consistently defined and met for customers and internal partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within tracking databases.
- Meet target migration dates and ensure all migrations are set up correctly and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with Product Groups, Support teams, and other internal partners to ensure migration success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in continuous improvement (PI) initiatives.
Desired Skill Set:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/operational role.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex systems and processes.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Cash Management products and services.
- Bilingualism in English and French.
