SAFe Agile Coach – Infrastructure & CI/CD

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a SAFe Agile Coach – Infrastructure & CI/CD who will leverage deep Agile expertise to guide, mentor, and support teams, leaders, and organizations in adopting and scaling Agile practices. This position focuses on coaching Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Product Group Owners (PGOs), facilitating ceremonies within a scaled Agile framework, and driving transformation initiatives across infrastructure and CI/CD environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on coaching to RTEs, PGOs, Scrum Masters, and teams transitioning into scaled or hybrid delivery models.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with SAFe principles and best practices.
- Support large-scale Agile transformation efforts, particularly within infrastructure and CI/CD domains.
- Develop tailored coaching plans and strategies to enable teams and leaders to adopt and sustain Agile ways of working.
- Guide stakeholders through roadmap development, functional decomposition, and mobilization activities.
- Help teams anticipate delivery challenges and implement solutions through process, product, or service improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices across the organization, with a strong influence on best practices and transformation outcomes.
- Provide mentorship, conflict resolution, and leadership support to foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to align delivery efforts with strategic objectives.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to track, measure, and report on Agile adoption and delivery effectiveness.
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, including large-scale transformation work.
- Strong background in CI/CD and infrastructure environments.
- Experience working within financial institutions (FI).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile transformation and organizational change management.
Nice to Have
- SAFe Agile certification (SAFe Program Consultant or equivalent).
- Experience in roadmap and story map development.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
