Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Salesforce Martech Lead. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape innovative marketing technology solutions, collaborate with diverse teams, and lead strategic initiatives within a dynamic environment.

Pay rate range (CAD): $63.28/hr – $75.94/hr

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define clear use cases for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on enhancing customer engagement, lead nurturing, and marketing efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive Salesforce Martech strategies aligned with business goals, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities by translating business needs into technical requirements, including user stories, and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Create compelling narratives to communicate strategy value and results to senior executive teams.
  • Navigate and influence complex organizational structures, leveraging expertise to adapt strategies within dynamic environments.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams without direct authority to garner support and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Work closely with technical implementation teams, providing strategic insights and guidance for effective solutions.
  • Utilize data analysis and reporting to assess marketing campaign performance and advise on strategy adjustments for better results.
  • Promote collaboration among marketing, technology, and data teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with existing systems.
  • Partner with vendors and change management teams to organize training sessions and consult on best practices for Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilization.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements within the Salesforce ecosystem and the wider martech landscape to continually enhance strategies.

Desired Skill-Set

  • 5-7 years of experience supporting marketing and technology initiatives, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably within Agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Consultative experience supporting marketing or technology projects (minimum 3 years).
  • Prior experience with Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like Adobe Marketing Cloud or Marketo.
  • Familiarity with industry certification programs such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant.
