Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Consultant-Change And Communication. This position involves supporting a major records management and organizational transformation project, focusing on effectively communicating program closure and transition activities to diverse stakeholder groups within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to support program closure and transition
  • Create targeted messaging frameworks that articulate key activities and responsibilities
  • Engage stakeholders across privacy, records, business, and technical teams to promote awareness and adoption
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment through negotiations and managing challenging conversations
  • Prepare and present communications materials, including executive summaries and stakeholder briefings
  • Support change management initiatives aligned with organizational frameworks and methodologies
  • Identify, develop, and continuously improve communication processes and tools
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted communication advisor
  • Promote a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with company values
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including records management, privacy, risk, technology, and compliance

Desired Skill-Set

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise communications, change management, or program delivery
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation programs
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR and enterprise delivery frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Demonstrated ability to develop targeted messaging for diverse audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience within financial or banking services
  • Degree or diploma in Communications, Change Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with records management, privacy, or compliance topics
  • Prior experience supporting program closure or organizational transformation initiatives
  • Bilingualism is an asset
