Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Tester – Jira/Confluence. This position involves supporting agile marketing teams by delivering high-quality manual testing for digital campaigns across web and mobile platforms. The role offers exposure to dynamic marketing environments and modern tools, with opportunities for extension and potential full-time conversion.
Pay rate range (CAD): $32.61/hr – $39.13/hr
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive end-to-end manual testing of digital marketing campaigns and features on web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional agile pods including developers, campaign leads, and product stakeholders.
- Log, monitor, and manage defects and issues using Jira, ensuring clear communication and tracking.
- Support campaign intake and workflow management utilizing Jira and Adobe Workfront.
- Validate accessibility compliance using tools such as NVDA, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within the QA function in agile environments.
Desired Skill-Set
- 2-3 years of QA experience with a focus on manual testing.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for defect management and documentation.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with accessibility testing, specifically using NVDA.
- Strong understanding of digital campaign testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to collaborate within agile teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), especially headless CMS setups.
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront for campaign management.
