ServiceNow Business Analyst/Integration Projects

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our top financial clients as a ServiceNow Business Analyst (BSA), contributing to a high-impact ServiceNow Security Integration Project.
Working with one of our leading financial clients, this role calls for a ServiceNow BSA – Integration Projects specialist who can leverage hands-on ServiceNow expertise and strong Agile delivery experience to define, document, and implement effective solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to enhance the ServiceNow platform and deliver value-driven integrations across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for ServiceNow integration projects.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Developers to design scalable, compliant, and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications aligned with enterprise architecture and ITSM frameworks.
- Conduct research and analysis of current system capabilities to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Support testing teams by defining test conditions, expected outcomes, and validation criteria for functional and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in design and quality management reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and delivery standards.
- Manage requirements traceability and documentation throughout the project lifecycle to maintain audit readiness.
- Contribute to project planning activities, including effort estimation, risk assessment, and milestone tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess integration impacts, manage change, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Promote consistency in analysis and documentation methods across Agile teams.
Desired Skill Set:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
- 2+ years of proven experience driving ServiceNow integration projects.
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong proficiency with Confluence and JIRA for documentation and project tracking.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
- Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required (must be completed within 1 month of start if not currently held).
Nice-to-Have:
- ITIL Certification (1+ years).
- SAFe 6.0 PO/PM Certification.
- Previous experience working on ServiceNow security or automation projects within large financial institutions.
