Are you an experienced ServiceNow professional who excels in system administration, platform optimization, and ensuring seamless IT Service Management operations? This role offers an exciting opportunity to support an enterprise-scale environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-impact ServiceNow initiatives across the organization.

Working with one of our top clients, this position calls for a ServiceNow Systems Administrator who will play a hands-on role in administering, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow modules across multiple instances. The ideal candidate will bring strong ServiceNow administration experience, CSA certification, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Enable effective management of incidents, problems, changes, and service requests while ensuring alignment with risk, cost, control, compliance, and business performance goals.
  • Provide technical and thought leadership in system integration, application development, and platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and systems management teams to define scope, clarify requirements, and provide accurate cost and scheduling estimates.
  • Review internal artifacts and vendor-delivered materials to ensure alignment with solution requirements and enterprise standards.
  • Lead or contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production and test issues; perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective action, and lead resolution efforts.
  • Conduct off-hours maintenance, system releases, deployments, and provide 24×7 support to ensure platform availability.
  • Perform code deployments across 15 ServiceNow instances within the enterprise environment.
  • Support integration, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives across ITSM modules.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow system administration experience, managing multi-instance environments.
  • CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification—mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders (10% stakeholder interaction).
  • Hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow deployments.
  • Ability to work in hybrid environment and participate in on-call rotation every other week.

Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow development experience (configuration, scripting, integrations).
  • Banking or Financial Institution experience.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices (ITIL 4 preferred).
