Working with one of the top clients this role calls for an Sr. IT Project Manager-Regulatory. The successful candidate is a strong IT Project Manager with regulatory project experience to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves, engage hands-on from the requirements phase through to solution delivery, and truly understand how solutions are designed and implemented. The candidate will manage a $2 million project budget and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
Desired Skill Set:
- 8–10 years of IT Project Management experience
- Proven experience managing regulatory projects in a banking or financial services environment
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to interface with Steering Committees and senior executives
- Strong problem-solving mindset – comes to the table with solutions, not just problems
- Demonstrated experience in change management
- Proactive, self-driven individual with a “driver” mindset who takes ownership and delivers results
- Adheres to standard project management frameworks
- PMP certification required
Nice To Have:
- Experience with Eclipse
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
