Working with one of the top clients this role calls for an Sr. IT Project Manager-Regulatory. The successful candidate is a strong IT Project Manager with regulatory project experience to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves, engage hands-on from the requirements phase through to solution delivery, and truly understand how solutions are designed and implemented. The candidate will manage a $2 million project budget and oversee multiple concurrent projects.

Desired Skill Set:

  • 8–10 years of IT Project Management experience
  • Proven experience managing regulatory projects in a banking or financial services environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to interface with Steering Committees and senior executives
  • Strong problem-solving mindset – comes to the table with solutions, not just problems
  • Demonstrated experience in change management
  • Proactive, self-driven individual with a “driver” mindset who takes ownership and delivers results
  • Adheres to standard project management frameworks
  • PMP certification required

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Eclipse
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project
