Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Talent Acquisition – French/Workday who will lead the design, development, and delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies, programs, and plans. Acting as a trusted Talent Advisor, this role partners with executives and senior leaders to provide deep market insights, build robust pipelines of diverse talent, and create an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience. The successful candidate will combine strong business acumen with innovative sourcing practices, positioning the organization competitively in the talent marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, supporting executives with strategic guidance and deep knowledge of both the client and external markets.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including specialized acquisition programs.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies leveraging best practices and market data to source active and passive candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of diverse talent.
  • Advise leaders on market gaps, alternate practices, and opportunities to strengthen talent pools.
  • Create an optimal candidate and hiring manager experience aligned with the client’s customer-first model.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to anticipate future needs and recommend sourcing strategies.
  • Promote the client’s brand in the marketplace by building industry networks and leading advertising activities across social media, intranet, and recruiting tools.
  • Represent the client at recruitment functions and external networking events.
  • Maintain, analyze, and leverage recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing and hiring outcomes.
  • Stay current on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, ensuring alignment with risk management and enterprise frameworks.
  • Lead and contribute to special initiatives, projects, and presentations as a subject matter expert.
  • Provide mentorship within the team, fostering knowledge sharing, skill development, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, driving equity, inclusion, and a positive candidate experience.

Desired Skill-Set

  • Proven executive-level exposure, serving as a TA partner to senior leaders who manage business units.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-line-of-business portfolios.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for specialized and complex roles across diverse functions.

Nice to Have

  • Bilingualism in French and English.
  • Knowledge of the banking/financial services industry.
  • Experience with Workday (HRIS) strongly preferred.
